Terry is a Principal Real Estate Broker in Medford, Oregon. Terry’s responsibilities with the organization include his role as Chairman of the Board and mission advancement. Terry’s passion for youth includes nearly three decades of volunteerism for organizations such as Youth for Christ, Trail Christian Fellowship, and as a local high school basketball coach.
Dan is a Principal Real Estate Broker in Medford, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from San Jose State University. His dual role at Redemption Ridge includes his responsibilities as Finance Director as well as Board Treasurer.
Secretary & Founding Board Member
Eunice Huston worked as an Executive Assistant for over four decades supporting “C” level managers. Her organizational and administrative skills provide much needed expertise in her role as Secretary to the organization.
Becky Gathercoal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Becky received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from California State University. Her work as a psychotherapist for over two decades offers unique insight to the plight of the young women served by the organization.
Kevin McLoughlin is a Financial Adviser with D.A. Davidson and Co. Kevin graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to his role at DA Davidson, Kevin was the Executive Director of the Rogue Valley Manor, a nationally recognized continuing care retirement community, for over 12 years.
Founding Board Member
Ginger’s deep conviction for helping young girls caught in the sex industry inspired the foundation of the organization. Her role as a founding board member and culture advocate guides the direction and vision for Redemption Ridge.
Karen Fronek founded Make It Happen marketing llc. in 1998. Karen graduated from Full Sail University with a BS in Internet Marketing and her Master’s in Public Relations. Currently, Karen is serving as an Adjunct Instructor for SOU’s Business Marketing Program. Karen’s role at Redemption Ridge is to oversee the organization’s integrated marketing efforts.
